Controls & Status
Menu switches between parameter screens and settings. Up increases the selected setting; Down decreases it. A steady charging indicator means charging, while a slow flash indicates float charging. If the load icon flashes slowly, reduce the connected load; a fast flash indicates a short-circuit condition that must be isolated and corrected.
If charging stops in sunlight, check the PV connection and polarity with power safely isolated. An unlit load icon can indicate an unsuitable mode setting or low battery voltage. Use the included manual when interpreting settings.
Compatibility & Notes
Match battery chemistry and every charging setting to the battery manufacturer's requirements; a preset label does not establish compatibility with all lithium batteries. Ensure the battery has sufficient voltage for correct system recognition. Use suitable solar panels as the charging source, not a general DC power supply.
Install near the battery to reduce voltage drop and mount on a flat, ventilated surface. Observe the separate charge, load and USB limits and have electrical wiring completed by a qualified installer. The USB rating is not multiplied by the number of ports.
