About LINK SOLAR

Making small-scale solar simpler—and more reliable

LINK SOLAR is a manufacturer and solution provider focused on solar mounting hardware and mini photovoltaic assemblies for B2B clients. For 20 years we’ve specialized in OEM / ODM / custom development, delivering an end-to-end service from design for manufacturability (DFM), tooling and jig fabrication, prototyping, and validation through to mass production.

We operate two compression/lamination presses and an integrated tool & mold design/fabrication network. This lets us control quality, improve consistency, and optimize cost-performance and lead times—so your product reaches the market faster at a competitive total cost.

What We Do

Solar Mounting & Structural Parts

Roof/ground/pole/adjustable/RV & marine brackets in aluminum and stainless steel, with engineering guidance on load, wind/snow, corrosion and installation.

Custom Mini / Small Solar Panels

5V/6V/9V/12V low-power modules for IoT and security devices, with PET/EVA/fiberglass/ETFE encapsulation options and adhesive-back variants.

SMT-Level PV Integration

Compact PV harvester modules integrated with PCB/SMT workflows; optional cables, terminals, and IP-rated enclosures to shorten your build cycle.

High-Efficiency Cell Cutting & Packaging

Precision cutting, tabbing and encapsulation of high-efficiency back-contact cells (e.g., SunPower-type) to your target voltage/current/power, balancing efficiency and lifetime.

Why LINK SOLAR

  • 20 Years of Focus
Deep expertise in both mounting structures and mini-PV power for low-load applications.
  • Integrated Delivery
DFM → tooling/jigs → prototype validation → pilot → mass production, all in one managed workflow.
  • Cost-Performance
In-house presses + coordinated tooling supply chain reduce waste and non-value steps, improving yield and lead time.
  • Engineer-Friendly
Practical electrical–mechanical–environmental guidance (power, voltage, wire loss, IP rating, wind/salt-spray) to cut trial-and-error.
  • Flexible Customization
Low MOQ, parallel samples, fast iteration; custom cable length, terminals, encapsulation materials, and enclosure ratings.
  • Export-Ready
Familiar with logistics and baseline compliance for global markets (e.g., RoHS/REACH documentation and labeling).

Manufacturing & Quality

Equipment & Processes – Two compression/lamination presses; rapid tooling/jig development; small-module lamination/potting/encapsulation; stamping/bending/machining and finishing via qualified partner lines.

Materials & Finishes – Aluminum (anodized/powder-coated), stainless steel (304/316), high-transmittance films, UV-resistant adhesives, waterproof cables and glands.

Quality Flow – IQC → IPQC → OQC; critical dimensions, electrical performance, and environmental stress sampling; basic test reports and traceability on request.

Engineering Docs – 2D/3D drawings, BOM, assembly & maintenance instructions, sample approval packs (PPAP/FAI available if required).

Typical Applications

Security & Surveillance – 24/7 power kits for 4G/5G cameras

IoT Sensing – Environmental/Agri sensors, logistics and asset tracking

Smart City – Roadside devices, signage, parking and metering terminals

Marine & Outdoor – Beacons/buoys, RV & marine systems, field research sites

Our Commitment

Design to Need – Power/battery/controller/mounting as a system, sized for load, autonomy days, climate, and installation environment.

Truth in Delivery – Reliability and total cost of ownership first; clear process limits and risks—no over-promising.

Long-Term Partnership – Version and change control for OEM/ODM customers, rolling material planning, and replenishment strategies across the product lifecycle.
