LinkSolar currently accepts the following payment methods:
- Major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- PayPal
Additional payment methods may be available depending on your country, device, and checkout eligibility. The payment options displayed at checkout are the currently available and authoritative methods for your order.
Payment Security
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout and our authorized payment service providers.
LinkSolar does not receive or store your complete credit card number. Payment information is encrypted and handled according to the security standards of the applicable payment provider.
PayPal transactions are also subject to PayPal's applicable terms and buyer protection policies.
Order Confirmation
After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. Tracking information will be sent separately once your order has shipped.
Currency and Conversion
Product prices and the applicable checkout currency are displayed on the website and during checkout.
If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee. LinkSolar does not control these charges.
Payment Issues
If a payment is declined, please verify your billing information and contact your bank or payment provider. You may also try another available payment method.
Please do not submit the same order repeatedly if you are unsure whether a payment was successful. Contact us and we will help confirm the payment status.
Order Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
