How do I clean and maintain my LinkSolar solar panel?

Regularly checking and cleaning the surface of the panel is key to maintaining efficiency. Gently wipe it with a soft cloth, sponge and clean water. Avoid using abrasive materials or strong chemical cleaners. The frequency of cleaning depends on the environment. If there is a lot of dust or pollution such as bird droppings, it should be cleaned in time. Also check whether the cable connections are secure.

What power solar panel do I need?

To calculate the required power, you need to consider:
① the total power of all your electrical devices (watts);
② the number of hours these devices are used each day, calculate the total power consumption (watt-hours Wh);
③ the average daily effective sunshine hours in your area;
④ system losses (usually reserve 20-30%).
The formula is approximately: total panel power required = (total daily power consumption Wh / average sunshine hours h) / system efficiency factor (such as 0.7-0.8).
