What the LinkSolar New Release Collection Is For

The new release collection is where fresh ideas land first: new panel formats, updated brackets, revised accessories and early runs of products aimed at upcoming projects. It is the place to look when you want to try hardware that pushes beyond our long-term best sellers.

You may see early versions of modules that later join the main Flexible Solar Panels, Portable Solar Panels or Mini Solar Panels ranges, along with supporting parts that can become standard in custom kits defined under our Custom Solar Panels program. It is a good place for designers and early adopters to experiment while still working with production-grade components.

  • Use this page if you want to test new formats or features before they appear in larger projects.
  • Check here when refreshing an existing kit and you are open to trying an updated panel, mount or accessory.
  • Revisit this collection regularly if you design systems for multiple clients and want to stay ahead of their future requests.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does “new release” mean on this page?

New release products are the latest additions to the LinkSolar range. They may be new sizes, formats or generations of panels, brackets and accessories that extend what previous products can do or fit into new types of projects.

Are new release products fully tested?

New releases go through engineering and quality checks before they appear here, but they may not yet have the same long field history as our best sellers. They are suitable for real projects, especially where you want the latest features, but feedback from early deployments is still valuable.

How often does the new release collection change?

The mix of products can change whenever new items are launched or existing ones are updated. Some products may stay in the new release collection for a limited time before moving into their main category; others may be replaced if a better variant becomes available.

Should I choose a new release or a best seller?

If you value long track records and predictable behaviour above all, a best seller is often the safer starting point. If you are optimising for new form factors, better fit, updated specs or future-proofing, a new release can be the better choice. The right answer depends on your risk tolerance and project goals.

Can I get help evaluating a new release product?

Yes. When you are unsure how a new release fits into your system, you can review its specifications against your loads, environment and installation method, then ask for technical guidance. Sharing your use case, constraints and any test results you already have will make that support more precise.
