Available in Full-Size or Precision-Cut formats:
✅ Full Cell
✅ Half-Cut
✅ 1/4 Cut
✅ 1/8 Cut
✅ Center Strip (Middle-Only, Trimmed)
For center strip options, one center strip is produced from each source cell. Only the selected center strips are supplied; the remaining side pieces are not included.
Cells are processed with precision laser scoring + mechanical separation,
Ideal for engineers, universities, and product developers building high-voltage or space-constrained solar systems.
MN1 Electrical Specs (Typical @ STC)
| Type | Voltage (Vmp) | Current (Imp) | Power (Pmp) | Size (mm approx.) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Full Cell | 0.60 V | 11.0 A | 6.60 W | 166 × 166 mm |
| Half-Cut | 0.60 V | 5.50 A | 3.30 W | 166 × 83 mm |
| One-Quarter Cut | 0.60 V | 2.75 A | 1.65 W | 166 × 41 mm |
| One-Eighth Cut | 0.60 V | 1.37 A | 0.82 W | 166 × 20 mm |
⚠️ Voltage remains stable; current scales with area. Final output may vary depending on soldering method, shadowing, and test setup.

Buyer questions
How many cells in series do I need for about 5 V?
Each cut size is listed at a typical 0.60 V (Vmp, STC). Nine cells in series give about 5.4 V typical (9 x 0.60 V), and eight give about 4.8 V.
How do I choose between half, 1/4 and 1/8 cut?
Voltage stays at 0.60 V for every cut, so choose by the current and size your design needs: 5.50 A (166 x 83 mm) for a half-cut, 2.75 A (166 x 41 mm) for a 1/4 cut, or 1.37 A (166 x 20 mm) for a 1/8 cut.
Are the listed specs guaranteed for my build?
They are reference values from the MN1 test bin under STC, and LinkSolar tests to its own QA standards. Cutting loss, soldering, shadowing and test setup can all change your results.
